G.L.O.M. Global, Inc. is a California based for-profit corporation that was formed in June 2023. The corporation was founded by our founder Dr. Allen S. Turner with the intent of providing management oversight services for four non-profit corporations Gods Love Outreach Ministries, Inc. G.L.O.M Substance Abuse Program, Inc., G.L.O.M. Transitional Housing and G.L.O.M. Outpatient Services, Inc. The other purpose and vision of our corporation is urban redevelopment in distressed communities throughout our country.
Our founder’s vision is to go into distressed and underdeveloped urban communities throughout our country, and develop those communities to provide those individuals and families who live in these communities their God given right to live in safe, clean and opportunity driven communities throughout our beautiful country. This vision is to build our beautiful commercial complex THE PALISADES, which is a commercial building providing opportunities for:
- Small businesses to scale up and grow their business while providing great products and services within these communities.
- A 5-star restaurant with an entertainment venue while dining for those within these communities as well as others throughout the city and surrounding communities.
- Incubation offices for small/medium and large size businesses to co-exist in this space with also provides the small business owner an opportunity to be mentored to establish and build a sustainable and successful business model.
- A beautiful rooftop lounge for those who would like to have a entertainment filled day or evening with music, outside/inside bar, outside venue/meeting space, inside meeting/venue space and a fresh air experience to enjoy the sunny day or finish a wonderful evening after dining in our restaurant.
Our PALISADES building will drive development within these communities which we believe will draw in more developers in bringing in beautiful housing options and other stores and businesses into these communities.
Our management side of the business provides our non-profit partners as well as other businesses who contract with us our management services which consists of: Accounting, human resources, IT services, fleet management, intake department, auditing services, HIPAA and compliance, training services, client care services, business development and real estate services.
We are excited to now through our affiliate GLOM Global Franchising LLC, provide management services to those who will take advantage of franchising opportunities using our service model of our 4 non-profit partners and now reaching individuals suffering from substance abuse, mental disorders and homelessness in now over 39 states throughout the United States. These franchisees will be able to contract with our company to handle all of their administrative needs so they can solely focus on the operations side and maximize their ability to truly impact many more lives.
We are also very proud to say that in 2025 our company received our accreditation from a national accreditation company CARF which means that we meet all state and national requirements as a healthcare entity surrounding compliance, operations, financial/accounting compliance, organizational structure, state and federal regulations and client care services. We received the highest grade in the CARF grading system.
G.L.O.M. Global is had our beginnings in the state of California and have now expanded our reach now into Maryland, Michigan, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Oregon.
